Whatever your calling is, we welcome you to Swara for a 14-day immersive journey into yoga. Asana forms the bedrock, grounding the body and steadying the mind. From this foundation, we explore the wider landscape of yoga: Sanskrit, chanting, philosophy, and breathwork, learning how everything is woven together by the quiet intelligence of each inhale and exhale.

This immersion is an invitation to listen to your own rhythm.
To soften, strengthen, and return.

Daily Schedule
6:30 am – Mysore Ashtanga Yoga
8:30 am – Breakfast
11:30 am – Sanskrit & Chanting
1:00 pm – Lunch
4:00 pm – Breathwork & Philosophy
6:30 pm – Dinner
8:00 pm – Campfire, Song & Dance

There may be gentle surprises to the schedule, a little spice here and there. Perhaps a sunrise walk, a dip in the river, a longer hike, making momos, gardening and weeding.
